Standing he moved behind her chair and leaned over to whisper in her ear, "You won't be alone like that ever again."
"Yea well I kinda got used to it , had friends over all the time built tents . Sometimes I went to their house and you know something they didn't even notice I was gone half the time " Geena recalled sadly "Why did they even have me ? I always questioned that."
He shook his head, he didnt have the answer to that one either. "Well I came equipped with plenty of family for you baby. You had your girls, I have all my guys and even a girl, you won't lack for things to do or family anymore."
Geena stood up and turned to face him. "This is the man I love, the sweet loving man I knew you were . So many said he ain't there. I said yes he was, he just needed to be found thats all . I'd love to be part of your family if they would have me."
He tugged her in, his arms going around her. "Well the kids love you, the band loves ya, hell even the road crew loves you. I think it has something to do with how you handle me."
He pressed a kiss to her cheek, "Not many can handle me you know."
"Wasn't sure I even could there for awhile but you're worth it . Oh hey they love me cause I keep you in a good mood," Geena chuckled.
He huffed a moment, "They like that you stand up to me too, you do what they all want to do on occasion."
"Would you want me to be like OH Yes Jon! Anything you say Jon! " Geena mimicked.
"Fuck No, got enough of that in my life, my wife needs to be the no woman."
"No huh? Okay I will start saying no more often," she teased. "IF I had said no at the beginning where would it have gotten me?"
His head dipped, his lips slipped over her neck as he bit down lightly, "Introduced to a thouroughly intensive campaign to say yes."
Geena shivered. "Oh yes it did. I took a look at the forum and twitter and though we got some still complaining the majority is loving the interaction."
His brow flicked upwards curiously, "complaining about what?"
"Oh saying some setlists are vanilla, you know how hard it was for me to sit on my hands and not give them shit? " Geena growled lowly.
He wondered about that for a moment, then shrugged it off. "Can't please all the people all the time, long as they scream when in the arena I'm satisfied, more or less."
"It pisses me off you bend over backwards and it aint good enough. Oh I was so tempted to say something. I didn't, but damn it it I know you are giving them tweets, pics, live streams and bitching about tickets and setlists it burns me, " Geena spat her temper flaring a bit.
He laughed then groaned as the phone started to buzz again. "We'll talk about that more later love. Gonna grab this one, its a conference call I'm expecting. And the boys are waiting," He nodded to the two in the doorway holding mounds of his linens,"I believe they are waiting to build Fort Knox?"
Geena pulled back and glanced over to the two boys then at Jon. "Take you're calls. I think Jake can help me move furniture. You look strong enough, " she said walking over to Jake. "Oh yes look at those muscles, " she squeezed lightly on his arm. "Just like your daddy." She flashed Jon a smile.
He flipped open the phone, a smile on his lips as he nodded to his guys. Walking out of the kitchen he turned down the hall and went to his small office. One of these days he'd have to admit to Richie just how fucking lucky he was the day Richie talked him into the girls from the gutter.
